Return Process
After a return request is submitted to customer service, it typically takes 4 business days for the product to be picked up and an additional 7 business days to initiate a refund after successful inspection by our Quality Control team. Once the item is received at our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check, which takes approximately 2 days. The timeline for receiving your refund will depend on the payment method used.

*For COD orders, refunds will be processed in the form of Fabluso Credit/E-vouchers.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@fabluso.in within 6 hours of placing the order, Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM.
Please note that some orders ship almost immediately, and it may not always be possible to cancel them. If cancellation is successful, any amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method.
Important Information:
- For debit card and credit card refunds, the time taken depends largely on your bank's policies.
- Banks generally send an SMS notification for refunds exceeding INR 5000. For refunds below this amount, we recommend checking your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.
