Returns/Exchanges
You can size exchange items only once for free within 7 days from the date of delivery if they are in unused condition, with original tags and the packaging intact. For multiple item exchanges, a separate request must be made for each item, selecting your preferred size and color. A replacement will be sent post we receive the merchandise back at our warehouse (within 7 Business days after successful Quality Check)
Return & Exchange Terms
We do not offer exchanges or returns on customized orders. However, we accept returns or exchanges under these conditions:
- Incorrect Product: If an incorrect product was shipped, differing from your order confirmation email or WhatsApp.
- Size or Fitting Issue : If the fitting is not right or the size does not match your order.
- Damaged or Faulty Product: If the product received is damaged or faulty.

After 7 days, we regret that we won’t be able to facilitate exchanges or returns for any reason. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

- Mention your order number
- Include clear images/videos of the issue
- Share an unboxing video showing the issue clearly

Please note that some orders ship almost immediately, and it may not always be possible to cancel them. If cancellation is successful, any amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method.
For Cancelled Orders:
- Before Dispatch: Orders not dispatched can be canceled for a full refund to the original payment source within 24hours of order placement.
- After Dispatch: Cancellation is not possible.
Cancellation at the time of delivery Policy
If you cancel a prepaid order at the time of delivery a flat fee of Rs.100 would be deducted from the refund for us to cover the logistic costs & remaining amount shall be refunded in form of store credit for your next purchase.
Incase of COD orders the amount of Rs.100 paid in advance would be non refundable.
