We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to make the return/exchange process as smooth as possible. Please note that the returning courier fees will be borne by the customer. Here’s our Return and Exchange Policy for items purchased from Fabluso:

Free Returns/Exchanges

You can return or exchange items for free within 7 days from the date of delivery if they are in unused condition, with original tags and the packaging intact. For multiple item exchanges, a separate request must be made for each item, selecting your preferred size and color. Please note that the courier fees for returning the product are to be borne by the customer.

Post 7 Days

After 7 days, we regret that we won’t be able to facilitate exchanges or returns for any reason. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.

One-Time Exchange

Even within the 7-day window, we allow exchanges only once. Please choose your size or color carefully during the exchange process, as we do not offer a return/exchange policy for exchanged orders. We appreciate your cooperation.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please initiate an exchange request on our website within 7 days of delivery. We will prioritize resolving such issues for you.

Returning an Item Purchased in a Combo

If you purchased multiple items as part of a combo and wish to return one of them, the refund will be processed based on the individual item price and not the combo price.
For example, if you purchased 2 items for ₹1399 with a 15% discount and one item is priced at ₹799, returning one item will result in a refund of ₹600 (1399 - 799). Similar terms apply across other product categories.

When returning items from an order with multiple products, the discount percentage will be adjusted based on the items you choose to keep. For instance, if you availed a 25% discount for 4 items but decide to return 2 items, the revised discount for the remaining items will be recalculated (e.g., 15% for 2 items).

Exchanging for Something Else?

If you'd like to exchange an item for another product, you can select a replacement of equal or lower value. If the replacement item is of lower value, the balance will be refunded to your bank account within 7 working days of us receiving the parcel at our warehouse.
