Refund Policy

At Fabluso, every purchase is crafted with pure love and care. While we strive to ensure every piece is seamless, we understand there may be situations requiring a refund or exchange. Below is our Refund Policy for your convenience:

Return & Exchange Terms

We do not offer exchanges or returns on customized orders. However, we accept returns or exchanges under these conditions:

  • Incorrect Product: If an incorrect product was shipped, differing from your order confirmation email or whatsapp.
  • Size or Fitting Issue : If the fitting is not right or the size does not match your order.
  • Damaged or Faulty Product: If the product received is damaged or faulty.
  • Other Reasons: For issues like incorrect shipping address or repeated delivery failures, each case will be assessed individually. Contact us at fabluso.support@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must have intact tags, original packaging, and be unwashed and undamaged.

Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a confirmation email will be sent. post approval, the refund amount will be credited to your account / Fabluso Wallet within 7-15 working days.

Note:

  • Sale items are non-refundable. During sale we giveaway products at discounted rate in order to update new products so we request our customers to buy as per the size chart given on our product detail section
  • For Sale articles Re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer.

Refund Payment Details

For Returns/Exchanges: Refunds will be processed after returned items are inspected. The amount will be sent to the bank account or UPI details provided during the return request.

For Cancelled Orders:

  • Before Dispatch: Orders not dispatched can be canceled for a full refund to the original payment source.
  • After Dispatch: Cancellation is not possible. Refuse delivery upon arrival, and the returned order will be refunded once received at our warehouse.

Note: Refunds for both returns and cancellations may take up to 7 days to reflect in your bank account.
